• Monitor updates to PhilHealth guidelines and PMR benchmarking rules.
• Maintain a tracking database for PMR beneficiaries, referrals, and reimbursements.

About the role

The PT Admin Associate facilitates patient navigation, clinical documentation, and administrative processing for patients availing of PhilHealth PMR benefit packages. This role ensures full compliance with PhilHealth circulars, coordinates interdisciplinary care (Physiatrists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Orthotists/Prosthetists), and manages end-to-end claim submissions to prevent delayed or denied reimbursements.

Key responsibilities

• Guide patients and their families through eligibility requirements, enrollment processes, and document submission for PhilHealth PMR benefit packages
• Liaise between physiatrists, allied health clinicians, social workers, and third-party involvement and orthotics/prosthetics vendors to streamline treatment plans and fitting schedules
• Review clinical charts, Prescription & Assessment Forms, and Statement of Accounts (SOA) to ensure complete and timely filing within PhilHealth timeframes
• Monitor and implement updates regarding PhilHealth guidelines, circulars, and PMR benchmarking rules
• Maintain an accurate tracking database for all active PMR package beneficiaries, referral statuses, and reimbursement monitoring

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in any four-year course but preferably any course related to Allied Health Care Profession
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospital set-up or clinical department coordination (preference given to rehabilitation settings)
