Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any four-year course.
• 1–2 years of hospital or clinical coordination experience.
• Familiarity with charging and billing protocols.
• Strong cross-functional communication.
• Organizational efficiency and documentation tracking.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients and families through PhilHealth PMR eligibility, enrollment, and document submission.
• Liaise between clinicians, social workers, and vendors to streamline treatment plans and fittings.
• Review charts, forms, and SOA to ensure complete filing within PhilHealth timeframes.
• Monitor updates to PhilHealth guidelines and PMR benchmarking rules.
• Maintain a tracking database for PMR beneficiaries, referrals, and reimbursements.
