Synergy Pilipinas is seeking a Provincial Coordinator for Camarines Norte to lead planning, implementation, MEL, and reporting for climate resilience and sustainable agri-preneurship initiatives. Synergy Pilipinas is a cooperation platform of member-based organisations, NGOs, and higher education institutions in North and South Luzon since 2018. Under the Adaptation to Climate Change through Entrepreneurship in Sustainable Agriculture Striving for Mitigation Co-Benefits Project supported by the Province of West Flanders in Belgium, it aims to build safe, sustainable, and resilient enterprises and communities.
For the 3rd and final phase (2026-2030), Synergy Pilipinas endeavors to advance the agenda of sustainable agri-preneurship, disaster and climate resilience, and women and youth inclusion by: a) Upscaling Sustainable Agricultural Enterprises; b) Strengthening Disaster and Climate Resiliency; and c) Building a Learning, Influential, and Inclusive Cooperation Platform
The Provincial Coordinator for Camarines Nortehas the following tasks:
Planning
Co-design implementation strategies with Technical Staff.
Support budget preparation and consolidate the provincial annual budget.
Implementation
Mobilize farmer clusters through effective communication, invitations, and follow-ups.
Facilitate municipal and provincial consultations and capacity-building sessions.
Lead stakeholder coordination and manage LGU and member relations for municipal and provincial actions.
Coordinate with resource persons and organizations to execute local actions.
Provide real-time feedback and ensure the alignment with the thematic agenda.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)
Lead data analysis and maintain the provincial database.
Conduct regular field validation, progress tracking, and periodic assessments.
Document success stories, focusing on women and youth enterprises.
Reporting and Accountability
Prepare provincial budget utilization and review expense reports for compliance with financial guidelines.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of documents submitted to the national office.
Prepare and submit timely provincial quarterly progress and expense reports.
At least three (3) years of experience in technical advisory on agriculture sustainability and resiliency projects, in collaboration with MBOs, CSOs, LGUs, government, higher education institutions, and private sector.
Graduate degree in relevant areas of the program focus such as Sustainable Development, Community Development, Public Administration and Governance, Development Management, Agricultural Economics, and or related field
Adept with MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom and similar computing applications
Excellent analytical, communication, and technical writing skills,and familiarity with monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively within a team, and consistently deliver high-quality, completed staff work.
Strong interpersonal skills and willing to be based in Camarines Norte with regular project meetings in Quezon City.
