Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving to assess current state and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers and identify the type of assistance needed.
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call and navigate complex systems.
• Deliver information and answer questions to build relationships with providers.
• Complete documentation to track provider issues and report trends.
• Adhere to employment contracts and company policies, with possible transfers and flexible work arrangements.
