Qualifications

Deliver business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for transforming business data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• This role partners with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, develop dashboards and analytical solutions, maintain data quality, and provide actionable recommendations that drive business performance.
• Leverages data visualization tools, SQL, and business intelligence platforms to identify trends, optimize processes, and - support organizational objectives.
• Handle stakeholder inquiries related to data, metrics, and reporting.
• Maintain documentation for metrics, dimensions, reports, and processes.
• Develop operational and executive reporting for functions such as support operations, vendor management, and business reviews.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and business insights.
