Job summary

QIMA in Cebu City seeks an Inspection Coordinator to ensure bookings meet customer requirements and smooth front-line operations. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers and back-office teams, and provide precise quotes based on workload.

You will be the link between inspectors on-site in factories and clients around the world, ensuring clear information flow and timely execution of inspections. Team collaboration and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Technical expertise in Textile, Footwear, Fabric, Leather or consumer goods.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Has basic knowledge of Microsoft skills, open learning AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inspection bookings follow customers’ requirements.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and back-office teams to ensure bookings include all necessary information and clarifications.
• Quote the inspection order based on workload and quotation rules.
• Act as the liaison between on-site inspectors and customers worldwide.
• Other tasks as arranged by management.

Job Description

Your responsibility and punctuality will be crucial in ensuring that our front-line services run without disruptions.

You will be expected to:

• Ensure inspection booking are following customers' requirements.


• Communicate with customers, suppliers and back-office teams to ensure inspection booking containing all necessary information and all elements are clarified before proceeding with the inspection.


• Quote the inspection order based on the estimated workload and following quotation rules.


• Be the link between the inspectors on-site in the factories and our customers all over the world.


• Other tasks are arranged by the management team.

Qualifications

It could be you if you have:

• A college degree or higher


• Technical expertise in Textile, Footwear, Fabric, Leather or consumer goods.


• Good command of English (spoken and written)


• Has basic knowledge of Microsoft Skills, open learning AI tools

It also helps if you:

• Have 2-4years of work experience, preferably in quality control and/or quality checking


• Pay a lot of attention to detail, even when working fast and meeting tight deadlines


• Has a supervisory experience (but not required)
