You will ensure properties are well-maintained, fully leased, and compliant with policies and local regulations while maximizing profitability and tenant satisfaction. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic budgeting, leasing oversight, and risk management to drive value for property portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field (preferred 5+ years of experience in property management).
• Strong financial and budgeting skills are required.
• Excellent leadership and communication ability is essential.
• Knowledge of property management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
• Ensure properties are properly maintained and meet safety standards.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets.
• Oversee leasing activities and occupancy levels; address tenant concerns.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; manage risk.

Education
