Job summary

Highpoint Property Ventures in Cebu City is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the administration, maintenance, and operations of company-owned and leased properties.

You will conduct regular property inspections, coordinate maintenance, repairs, security, and facility improvements, and develop leasing proposals for prospective tenants. Travel to project sites may be required; strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in property management, leasing, facilities administration, or commercial real estate
• Experience in tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, and preparation of leasing proposals or bidding documents is preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of property maintenance, lease administration, and facility operations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities
• Willingness to travel to company properties and project sites
• Preferably with a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, maintenance, and operations of properties
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs, security, and facility improvements
• Develop leasing proposals, commercial quotations, and bidding documents for prospective tenants
• Identify and engage potential tenants to maximize occupancy and rental opportunities
• Facilitate property viewings, tenant negotiations, and lease discussions with management approval
• Manage tenant relations, lease renewals, occupancy records, and property-related documentation
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, service providers, and relevant government agencies
• Monitor property-related expenses, utility consumption, and maintenance costs
• Prepare periodic reports on property conditions, occupancy status, leasing activities, and operational expenses
• Ensure proper utilization, protection, and compliance of company properties with applicable regulations and internal policies
