Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global insurance company in their search for a Property Claims Estimator based in BGC, Taguig City.

Salary Range: Open to discussion

Work Setup: Hybrid (2-3x RTO)

Shift Schedule: Night Shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM)

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Responsibilities

• Review photos, videos, inspection reports, and claim documents to assess property damage.
• Prepare accurate repair and replacement cost estimates using Xactimate and other estimating tools.
• Analyze contractor estimates, invoices, and technical reports to validate repair scope and costs.
• Prepare clear and detailed damage assessment and estimate reports.
• Communicate with adjusters, contractors, and policyholders to resolve discrepancies and gather information.
• Ensure estimates and claim reviews comply with client requirements, industry standards, and regulations.
• Stay updated on construction practices, building codes, and estimating methodologies.
• Support risk management and quality assurance by maintaining accurate and defensible estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Licensed CE is an advantage).
• At least 4 years of experience in construction, estimating, quantity surveying, or property damage assessment.
• Hands‑on experience using Xactimate.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in insurance claims, restoration, or property damage estimation.
• Familiarity with Symbility or similar estimating platforms.
