LCC - Liberty Commercial Center Inc. in Tabaco City, Albay, on-site, seeks an Assistant Manager for Graphics, Advertising, and Promotions.

Lead visual campaigns to attract shoppers, strengthen brand presence, and boost store sales. You will oversee design, production, and execution of graphics, signage, and promotional materials, coordinating with merchandising and external partners to ensure timely, on-brand campaigns.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in graphics, advertising, marketing, or promotions, preferably in a department store or retail environment.
• Preferably with supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar applications.
• Knowledgeable in advertising campaign development, promotional planning, and brand communication.
• Strong creative, organizational, communication, and project management skills.

• Develop and implement advertising campaigns and promotional strategies tailored to the department store’s business objectives.
• Oversee the design and production of graphics, advertisements, store signage, and promotional materials for the department store.
• Plan and coordinate seasonal campaigns, special events, and in-store promotional activities to boost customer engagement and sales.
• Collaborate with merchandising, store operations, suppliers, and external agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Maintain consistent branding and ensure the accuracy and timely release of advertising and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, promotional effectiveness, and marketing expenses.
• Supervise and guide the graphics, advertising, and promotions team to ensure quality output and timely project completion.
• Monitor retail trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new promotional opportunities.
