Job summary

PRIMELINE PRODUCTS PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Trade Marketing Assistant to support planning, coordination and execution of marketing promotions and activation events.

You will collaborate with supplies, agencies and internal teams to ensure promo requirements are met and materials are tracked efficiently. The role involves on-ground store visits for activations, booth setup, and handling promo documentation, permits and reimbursements, with additional administrative support to the Product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or any related field.
• At least 1 year experience in marketing promotions, events or trade marketing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing promotions, events and activation.
• Coordinate with supplies, agencies and internal departments for promo requirements.
• Monitor promo materials, giveaways and collateral inventory.
• Handle documentation and processing of promo results, permits and reimbursements.
• Support in store visit on ground activations and booth setup.
• Provide administrative support to the Product Retail Specialist/Assistant teams.
