Job summary

Solaire Resort in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Purchasing Assistant to support sourcing of casino promotional items, handle requisitions, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

You will maintain import documents, plan procurement lead times for events, ensure compliance with company policies, and help prepare basic spend and supplier performance reports. Fresh graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Logistics or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 0-2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, marketing support or logistics.
• Exposure to imported goods, giveaways, or promotional items is an advantage.
• Experience in hospitality, casino, or marketing-driven environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing casino promotional items and giveaways, mostly imported merchandise.
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, and logistics for imported promotional items.
• Monitor shipping schedules, documentation, and delivery timelines to meet redemption deadlines.
• Ensure completeness of import documents (commercial invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, etc.).
• Assist in planning procurement lead times for major casino events and promotions.
• Ensure promotional items meet approved specifications, branding guidelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate sample approvals and pre-production checks
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirement
• Maintain organized records of suppliers, quotations, contracts, and import documentation
• Updated procurement systems and trackers for promotional purchases.
• Prepare basic reports on promotional spend, order status, and supplier performance.
