PHILDA INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is seeking enthusiastic Promotional Flyer Distributors / Brand Promoters to join our Marketing & Communications team. This full-time role is based in Santol Balagtas, Bulacan, where you will be the face of the brand, distributing promotional materials and representing the company at events to boost visibility and foot traffic.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, reliable, with a good communication style, able to work in outdoor conditions, and capable of meeting

• Driver's license and own motorcycle preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Distribute promotional flyers and marketing materials to designated areas.
• Engage with the public to explain product features and offers.
• Collect consumer feedback and relay information to the marketing team.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the PHILDA brand.
• Achieve daily and weekly distribution targets and promotional goals.
• Build positive relationships with potential customers to foster brand loyalty.
• Track and report promotional activities and engagement metrics.
• Participate in product demonstrations and promotional events as needed.
• Handle materials responsibly and store/distribute them properly.

About the role

PHILDA INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Promotional Flyer Distributors / Brand Promoters to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Santol Balagtas, Bulacan. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, directly engaging with our target audience and promoting our products and services through the distribution of promotional materials and active brand representation. You will play a vital part in building brand awareness, generating consumer interest, and driving foot traffic to our business locations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your interpersonal and sales skills whilst working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute promotional flyers and marketing materials to potential customers in designated areas and locations

• Engage directly with the public to explain product features, benefits and special promotional offers

• Collect consumer feedback and inquiries regarding products and services, and relay information back to the marketing team

• Maintain an attractive appearance and represent the PHILDA INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION brand professionally at all times

• Achieve daily and weekly distribution targets and promotional activity goals

• Build positive relationships with potential customers and foster brand loyalty through friendly, courteous interactions

• Track and report on promotional activities, including the number of flyers distributed and consumer engagement metrics

• Participate in product demonstrations and promotional events as required

• Handle promotional materials responsibly and ensure they are stored and distributed in optimal condition

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement)

• With Driver's license/own motorcycle

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse audiences

• Strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to meet and exceed daily distribution targets

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and walk/travel throughout assigned territories

• Outgoing and energetic personality with a genuine passion for promoting products and services

• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and outdoor environments

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills for recording and reporting promotional activities

• Previous experience in promotional work, sales, or customer service is preferred but not essential

• Flexibility to work various shifts and occasional weekends as required

• Valid identification and proof of eligibility to work in the Philippines
