Job summary

Valeo is seeking a motivated Projects Intern to join our project management team during the product lifecycle, offering hands-on experience in the automotive industry. You will assist in planning, execution, and monitoring, prepare project documentation, and collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and quality teams to track deliverables.

This fixed-term, part-time role is ideal for students pursuing engineering or business studies.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields, or Business Administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Portuguese.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience or coursework in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects.
• Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including timelines, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and track project deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support project decision-making.
• Assist in identifying and resolving minor project issues or roadblocks.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
