Job summary

VALEO SISTEMAS AUTOMOTIVOS LTDA is seeking a motivated Projects Intern to support our project management team in various stages of the product lifecycle. This role offers hands-on experience in the automotive industry, contributing to the successful execution of innovative projects.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields) or Business Administration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects.
Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including timelines, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, purchasing, quality) to gather information and track project deliverables.
Participate in project meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support project decision-making.
Assist in identifying and resolving minor project issues or roadblocks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
