The primary purpose of this role is to serve as a key contributor to the day-to-day operations of the Chemicals Settlements team, ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient execution of settlement activities across the assigned portfolio. The Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence by adhering to established processes, policies, control frameworks, and compliance requirements while supporting the delivery of high-quality outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective stakeholder management, and a commitment to delivering reliable and consistent service.
Strong accounting and financial reporting background, with proven experience in quarterly account reconciliations. Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights and make sound recommendations based on data. Excellent stakeholder management capabilities, with a proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear and impactful presentations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently with minimal supervision. Adaptable and open to working in a project-based role with evolving business requirements.
