Job summary

Dolmar Land, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee the completion of residential projects in Bulacan, including land development and house construction. You will review progress reports and contractor billing, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires leading the bidding process and providing customers with technical assistance on construction and post-construction matters. On-site work, collaborating with project teams and suppliers, is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• At least 3 years of applicable engineering experience
• Proficient in Project Management, Excel, Word, SAP
• Proficient in using CAD programs
• Technical competency in Building and Grounds Maintenance
• Abreast with the current building and property regulations
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
