Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in planning and/or scheduling, specifically:
- Has familiarity with scheduling management systems (Primavera and/or MS Project)
- Can prepare project master schedules in conjunction with Project Officer's input/requirements including catch-up schedules
- Can prepare reports regarding work slippage, early work, and provide its cost and schedule impact on the project
- Can participate in the preparation of project dashboards in coordination with Project Officers
- Can prepare weekly/monthly project progress percentage accomplishments and identify delays/slippage and its impact to the project budgetary plan
Responsibilities
- Organizes, implements, and maintains scheduling management systems supporting identified projects and plans
- Assist to set up tasks and sub-tasks to ensure satisfactory realization of project contract requirements as scheduled
- Log project timelines and maintain database of tasks and their status
- Log all new information into the database and provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes
- Interact with customers and project staff to schedule work times and coordinate requirements
- Design and develop project schedules
- Interact with project team and task managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from the original plan
- Evaluate project schedule progress and performance to identify developing problem areas
