Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site medical care and first aid to employees.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor wellbeing.

• Manage medical supplies and clinic equipment.
• Support occupational health promotion activities with the QESH Team.

• Primary responsible in providing first aid care or on-site emergency care to employees, providing medications, health assessment, and referral.
• Monitors employee’s health and maintain records to ensure continuity of care, employee confidentiality and feedback to management, in compliance with government regulation and company policy.
• Provides individual counseling sessions to employees on health maintenance, results of health Annual Physical Examination and health promotion activities.
• Maintains medical supplies and equipment necessary for the optimal functioning and inventory.
• Assists in Tool Box Meeting, planning, developing, implementing, managing and evaluating occupational health and health promotions programs for employees with the Safety Engineer and or QESH Team.
• Contributes to the design of health program and participate in continuing education with the QESH Team to update knowledge of employees with regards to health matters.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
