Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager / Transport Planner (Consultant) to lead a multidisciplinary study team for an upcoming project. This is a project‑based engagement requiring strong technical leadership and extensive experience in transport, structural, and infrastructure studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Team Leader and ensure timely, complete, and high‑quality delivery of all project outputs
- Manage feasibility studies involving structures, roads, expressways, and other transport systems
- Provide technical inputs on bridges, drainage, protection works, pier and harbor design, and operation and maintenance considerations
- Coordinate effectively with all technical disciplines involved in the project
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant experience in transport planning or project management
- Proven experience in feasibility studies and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
- Technical familiarity in:
- Ports, harbors, and marine facilities
- Roads and expressway systems
- Operation and maintenance processes
- Project Management
