The role involves leading project teams, managing feasibility studies, and providing technical inputs on infrastructure projects. This position offers a full-time contract with performance bonuses and commission, on-site in Pasig.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in transport planning or project management.
• Strong background in feasibility studies and infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of structural works, marine facilities, and O&M.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Manage feasibility studies for roads, expressways, structures, and transport systems.
• Provide technical inputs on bridges, drainage, ports, and protection works.
• Coordinate with various technical disciplines.
