Job summary

NutriStore, part of Philippine Nutri-Foods, is expanding its pharmacy, convenience retail, and bakeshop operations and seeks a Project Manager (Project-Based) to lead new store rollouts. You will oversee the entire construction and setup process, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver fully operational stores on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration and 3–5 years in store development, site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration (or related field) required.
• 3–5 years in Store Development, Site Acquisition, or Construction Project Management preferred.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and system implementation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead new store rollouts and oversee the construction and setup process.
• Ensure stores are fully operational with pharmacy, retail, and bakeshop components on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across locations.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards throughout rollout.
