Job summary

ICE Bioscience | Drug Discovery Services in the Philippines seeks an international project manager to coordinate cross-border projects with clients and internal teams, ensuring milestones are met and client expectations are aligned.

You will collaborate with our BD and R&D units to identify opportunities, manage scopes, risks, and timelines while contributing to an innovative CRO environment.

Qualifications

Self-motivated person, willing to take responsibilities, eager to learn knowledge about drug discovery.
Working as a member of Innovative CRO+ Explorer, like working with professionals and support innovation program.
PhD (or equivalent) in biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology or immunology.
With certain working experience in project management on small molecule or large molecule drug development and research.
Excellent Oral & Written English communication skills.
Effective collaboration within interdisciplinary teams.
Prior experience working in and/or interacting with CRO / CRDMO organizations is a plus.
