Job summary

Greymatter Innovationz is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager for pharma clients. You will act as the main liaison between clients and offshore teams, translating requirements and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across digital, print, web, email, and social formats.

Applicants should have 4–6+ years in service industry experience with pharma marketing, strong MLR understanding, and excellent communication and PM skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6+ years in service industry, pharma marketing focus preferred.
• Solid understanding of MLR processes and approvals.
• Strong project management and financial acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with pharma marketing systems such as Veeva PromoMats.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and offshore teams for assigned brands.
• Communicate project requirements clearly and drive on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee content workflows across digital, print, web, email, social formats.
• Build client trust and maintain high satisfaction through proactive engagement.
• Define service delivery strategy and transformation roadmaps using best practices.
• Track volume, TAT, SLA adherence; provide regular status updates.
• Leverage data and insights to guide operating model improvements.
• Identify and mitigate engagement risks; lead change management initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to drive client outcomes.

Advanced English proficiency is required.

IMPORTANT: Only candidates with previous experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing and/or supporting Pharma clients will be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for clients and internal offshore teams for the assigned brands
• Effectively communicate project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Collaborates with the offshore team to drive project execution with high quality and within timelines and budget to meet high client satisfaction
• Manage content production workflows across formats (digital, print, web, email, social, etc.) and manage multiple concurrent projects
• Build strong relationships with clients ensuring high satisfaction and trust
• Defines service delivery strategy and transformation roadmaps for client; harnesses best practices, industry landscapes, and emerging technologies to transform the business
• Track and report on volume, turnaround time (TAT), and SLA adherence and provide regular updates and reporting
• Works with internal teams to leverage data, metrics, and insights in order to provide strategic guidance and actionable inputs for the teams to transform internal operating structures/models
• Manages and mitigates engagement-level issues and risks and ensures proactive communication
• Evaluates operational metrics, formulates and implements short-term and long-term operational plans, and leads change management with regard to operations and delivery accordingly
• Sets up and monitors key performance indicators for the engagement, helping the team achieve client outcomes

• Minimum of 4-6+ years of service industry experience preferably serving the pharma/life-science industry as Marketing Project Manager
• A strong understanding of the MLR process
• Strong understanding of project management, and financial and business acumen
• Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
• Experience with systems commonly used to support medical communications/MLR processes (for example, Veeva PromoMats)
