We are seeking a competent, highly professional, and results-driven Project Manager (Licensed Civil Engineer) to lead and oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of the Company’s construction and development projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with approved plans, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable government regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
5–8 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, real estate development, or infrastructure.
Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, and project execution.
Experience managing consultants, contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of cost control, contract administration, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Proficient in MS Project or equivalent project management tools; knowledge of SAP Business One and BIM is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of assigned projects.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor project costs, quality, progress, and contractual requirements.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE, permits, and applicable regulations.
Identify and manage project risks, delays, variations, and claims.
Oversee design, engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Prepare project progress reports, cost reports, and management updates.
Ensure timely project completion, turnover, and closeout.
