Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Licensed Civil Engineer (CE)
• Minimum 5-8 years in horizontal development or civil infrastructure projects
• Experience with earthworks, roads, drainage, water/sewer, and utilities
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, and contract management
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent)
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and construction material testing standards
• Understanding of HSE standards, regulations, and environmental compliance
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Job description
