Job summary

GHD is seeking a Project Management professional to support the delivery of donor-funded international development projects in Asia Pacific. You will work with Project Directors and multidisciplinary teams to provide Deputy Project Manager and delivery support across diverse programs.

You’ll collaborate on mobilisation, reporting, planning and governance, while building capability across IDG and engaging with donors and stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, project delivery, administration or project management.
• Interest in broadening experience within an international development environment.
• Experience with donor-funded projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide deputy project management and delivery support across a diverse portfolio.
• Support project mobilisation and delivery coordination.
• Assist with contract administration and delivery management.
• Support project assurance, quality and compliance activities.
• Prepare client and donor reporting.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, risk and action management.
• Contribute to resource management and team coordination.
• Engage stakeholders and strengthen donor project management capability.

Looking to grow your project management experience while contributing to meaningful international development projects? The International Development group is seeking a Project Management professional to support the delivery of donor-funded projects across Asia Pacific. Working closely with Project Directors and multidisciplinary project teams, you will provide Deputy Project Manager and project delivery support across a diverse portfolio of international programs.

About You

You’ll bring experience in project coordination, project delivery, administration or project management, with an interest in broadening your experience within an international development environment.

Experience working on projects funded by major international development agencies, such as ADB, World Bank, DFAT or MFAT, is preferred.
