Job summary

GHD Philippines is seeking a Project Controls Advisor to support donor-funded projects across Asia Pacific. You will lead project controls, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting to improve governance and delivery outcomes.

You will collaborate with project teams, manage dashboards, invoicing and cost management, and engage stakeholders to drive performance. This role offers a hybrid office-based arrangement in Makati or Quezon City.

The International Development group is seeking a Project Controls Advisor to support the successful delivery of donor-funded projects across Asia Pacific. Working closely with project teams, you will provide project controls and commercial support, helping strengthen financial performance, governance and delivery outcomes.

• Invoice preparation and billing compliance

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience in project controls, finance, commercial or project delivery
