Job summary

GHD in the Philippines seeks a Project Management professional to support the delivery of donor-funded projects across Asia Pacific. You will work with Project Directors and multidisciplinary teams, providing Deputy Project Manager support and project delivery oversight.

Key focus areas include mobilisation, delivery coordination, contract administration, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement. Experience with agencies like ADB, World Bank, DFAT or MFAT is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, project delivery, administration or project management.
• Interest in broadening experience within an international development environment.
• Experience on donor-funded projects (ADB, World Bank, DFAT, MFAT) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of donor-funded projects across Asia Pacific.
• Provide Deputy Project Manager and project delivery support to project teams.
• Assist with project mobilisation, planning, scheduling, risk and action management.
• Support client and donor reporting, contract administration and delivery management.

The International Development group is seeking a Project Management professional to support the delivery of donor-funded projects across Asia Pacific. Working closely with Project Directors and multidisciplinary project teams, you will provide Deputy Project Manager and project delivery support across a diverse portfolio of international programs.

Key areas of focus include:

• Project mobilisation and delivery coordination
• Contract administration and delivery management
• Project assurance, quality and compliance
• Client and donor reporting
• Project planning, scheduling, risk and action management
• Resource management and team coordination
• Stakeholder management
• Strengthening donor project management capability across IDG

About you

You’ll bring experience in project coordination, project delivery, administration or project management, with an interest in broadening your experience within an international development environment.

Experience working on projects funded by major international development agencies, such as ADB, World Bank, DFAT or MFAT, is preferred.
