• Lead infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Work closely with IT, cloud, security, vendors, and business teams.
• Ensure projects meet quality, security, and service standards.
• Conduct project meetings, updates, reports, and governance activities.
• Oversee UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-project support.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure proper knowledge transfer.
• Manage vendors and third-party service providers.
• Improve processes for more efficient IT infrastructure delivery.
