Job summary

FIS Philippines in Makati seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead data center infrastructure initiatives, drive technical upgrades, and manage project execution in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role is hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual). You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with business goals. A track record of managing multiple infra projects and relevant certifications is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience leading infrastructure, data center, or technology-focused initiatives.
• Strong understanding of data center technologies, infrastructure components, and change management processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating cross-functional technical teams.

About the role:

Lead and deliver multiple data center infrastructure projects, including technology upgrades, hardware refreshes, system implementations, decommissioning, and consolidation initiatives. Partner closely with technical teams to drive successful project execution, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.

About the team:

Join the FIS MIT Project Management team, which oversees infrastructure and technology initiatives that support operational excellence and cost optimization. Youll collaborate with engineering, operations, architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver projects that enhance technology capabilities and improve operational efficiency.

What youwillbe doing:

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience using project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks.

Added bonusif you have:

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications.
• Experience working within enterprise data center environments and large-scale infrastructure transformation programs.
• Knowledge of server, storage, virtualization, network, security, and cloud technologies.
• Experience managing technology consolidation, migration, modernization, or decommission initiatives.
• Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or highly regulated industry environments.
• Experience supporting disaster recovery, business continuity, or data center resiliency initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects involving multiple technical disciplines and geographically dispersed teams.
