• PMP or Prince 2 Certification
• Strong MS Project Skills
• Project Planning and management for Functional / Technical projects
• Ability to multi-task and be well organized
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
• Excellent skills in managing customer meetings at executive level and also at project level
• Understands Waterfall / Agile methodology for Project delivery
• Good grasp of Retail Functions
• Exposure to ERP Implementation lifecycle or Retail Management Software life cycle.
• People management skills with ability to manage development team
• Understands Agile methodology for Project delivery

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of retail industry applications and processes like POS
• Retail Industry knowledge is a must

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and educate fellow team members
• Project Lead/Manager is responsible for the development of advanced and high quality deliverables, on‑time and within budget to meet client expectations.
• Develop and manage project plans, gather business requirements and coordinate with other team leads to map business processes.
• Manage Customer Interaction, Develop artifacts for ALL Customer interaction
• Manage deliverables through projects / Tasks and Follow‑up and action to closure
• Ability to delegate, supervise, and develop junior consultants
• Project Lead is also expected to build and maintain client relationships
• Designing and developing superior technical approaches and solutions which satisfy clients business needs
• Work with cross functional team of RnD, Customer Support in order to deliver solution to client
• Understanding and leveraging expert knowledge about relevant ETP and 3rd party technology
