About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Manager - Enabling Functions (FP&A, Tax, Treasury) with 8 years to 12years of project management experience, with exposure to at least two of the following: FP&A, Tax, or Treasury functions in an ERP context.
Position Overview :
The Enabling Functions Project Manager will lead workstream activities across FP&A, Tax, and Treasury, ensuring these critical support functions are effectively integrated into the ERP transformation. This role requires coordinating across three distinct but interrelated finance domains.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an integrated project plan covering FP&A, Tax, and Treasury deliverables within AmpliFi.
- Schedule and facilitate status meetings, domain meetings, steering committee and workshop specific to FP&A, Tax and Treasury functions.
- Partner with FP&A teams on planning, budgeting, and forecasting tool/process alignment with the new ERP.
- Coordinate with Tax teams on indirect/direct tax configuration, compliance reporting, and statutory requirements within the ERP.
- Work with Treasury teams on cash management, bank connectivity, and liquidity reporting process redesign.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment with R2R, Data, and Business Readiness workstreams.
- Track risks, issues, and decisions specific to each enabling function, escalating as needed.
- Facilitate testing cycles and UAT coordination across FP&A, Tax, and Treasury modules.
- Support training and change management activities tailored to each function's stakeholders.
- Prepare consolidated status reporting for program leadership covering all three sub-domains.
Program-Level Responsibilities:
- Adhere to AmpliFi program governance, PMO standards, and reporting templates/cadence.
- Participate in cross-workstream coordination meetings to manage interdependencies.
- Escalate risks and issues through defined program governance channels.
- Support overall cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization for assigned domain.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Familiarity with ERP modules relevant to planning (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle EPM), tax engines, and treasury/cash management systems.
- Understanding of financial planning cycles, tax compliance basics, and treasury operations (cash positioning, bank connectivity).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent sub-workstreams and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet) and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint).
- Ability to work across time zones with global stakeholders (onshore/offshore coordination).
- Strong facilitation, negotiationand conflict-resolution skills.
