We don’t sell hype. We build systems, teams, and creative machines that consistently produce winning ads that can be tested, iterated, and scaled.

To do that, we’re looking for a Project Manager with a strategic mind, an agile mentality, and a high bar for quality.

Someone who can live between creative chaos and operational structure, and turn one into the other.

Your Mission

To lead and orchestrate our creative execution, making sure the team moves fast, processes stay clean, and client goals are hit, month after month.

You will be the person who makes sure ideas don’t die in Slack, creatives don’t get stuck, and projects don’t drift.

What we’re looking for

You:

• Have real experience managing teams using Scrum, Agile, or similar frameworks
• Know where to find great creative talent (UGC creators, editors, writers, etc.) and how to judge who actually fits
• Can design clear workflows and visual process maps that make complex systems easy to understand
• Are strong at documentation: SOPs, workflows, tools, and internal playbooks
• Understand how winner ads work and speak the language of creatives (even if you don’t execute yourself)
• Love structure, but can adapt fast when priorities shift

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead creative teams (UGC creators, scriptwriters, editors, strategists) to hit delivery timelines and performance goals
• Build and maintain scalable systems: boards, pipelines, feedback loops, and communication flows
• Recruit and onboard new talent based on each client’s needs
• Create and maintain operational documentation (processes, checklists, SOPs, workflows)
• Spot bottlenecks early and fix them before they become problems
• Report project progress and key metrics to leadership
