Job summary

Stryker Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in developing project charters, management plans, and detailed work plans. You will direct, monitor, and control projects, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables align with stakeholder expectations.

Ideal candidates hold BS or equivalent with 7+ years of experience, familiarity with quality plans and risk management, and the ability to influence without formal authority.

Job description

Work Flexibility:

What you will do:

Lead the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Direct, manage, monitor, and control project. Evaluate tradeoffs within project. Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope; review with manager for approval. Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure. Develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart. Analyze critical path and major workstreams. Collaborate with supervisor and/or project PM to establish sub-project budget. Monitor and maintain costs within budget. Partner with project team to create project Quality Plans using 1-2 quality planning tools and techniques. Monitor and maintain plans. Develop a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan. Contribute in the development of a Procurement Management Plan and collaborate on the selection of procurement partners Estimate, acquire and assign project team resources. Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member. Provide direct feedback to functional manager on performance reviews. Develop a Stakeholder management plan for the project, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of Stakeholder expectations. Develop and Execute the communications management plan for project team and the needs of key stakeholders.

What you will need:

Required Qualifications: BS or equivalent and 7+ years of work experience. Additional role-specific technical areas of responsibilities may be added as deemed necessary by the local hiring manager. Builds successful working relationships with internal and external personnel in various departments. Understands quality system(s). High in emotional intelligence and stays calm under pressure. Adept in conflict resolution Drives results in support of the business, even in the face of demanding timelines. Incorporates end-user feedback to refine scope through the project lifecycle and can communicate changes, updates and decisions to key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications: PMP or equivalent preferred Can understand and communicate how goals fit into broader organizational goals, and prioritize tasks/schedule accordingly. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
