Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking a Brand Management professional for a remote role focused on coordinating tasks across PPC, SEO, Copy, Design, and Catalog Merchandising services to ensure timely project completion. The role aims to remove roadblocks that hinder team progress and drive client satisfaction.

You will lead, coach, and monitor a distributed team, leveraging project management tools and reporting to optimize workload and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in delegating tasks, managing workloads, and holding team members accountable.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee multiple projects, monitor productivity, and identify roadblocks early.
• Skilled in coaching, guiding, and supporting team members to ensure high performance and growth.
• Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and reporting (sales, advertising, SEO).
• Knowledge of Amazon catalog management, including manual updates, uploads, and flat files.
• Ability to create and revise client-facing content, with attention to compliance and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with colleagues, lead client calls, and provide clear meeting documentation.

Responsibilities

This is a remote position.

This is a Brand Management position that facilitates and tactically acts upon the project management in the PPC, SEO & Copy, Design, and Catalog Merchandising or Troubleshooting services we offer to clients, to ensure work and services are concluded timely. The main goal of this role is to eliminate any roadblock that prevents any specialist or team member in the team from completing the projects.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Requirements

• A computer with dual monitor setup is required
• Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
• Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
• Camera with at least 1080p resolution
