Job summary

Megawide Construction Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Operations Manager to oversee the entire construction operations, including admin, warehouse, line & grade, safety, planning, finishing, QS, and MEPF, ensuring adherence to company rules and quality policies.

The role focuses on managing project performance across scope, safety, quality, schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction, with relocation to the Cavite area or North/South Metro Manila as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (licensed) and locally available.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Preferably completed or managed at least one commercial, residential, or high-rise project.
• Preferably 10 years of management experience.
• Willing to be relocated (Metro Manila North/South or Cavite).

Responsibilities

• Establishes, maintains and manages customer requirements and expectations regarding the project performance.
• Effectively applies the approved methodologies and project standards of the Company.
• Manages and analyzes project budget and expenses.
• Determines appropriate revenue recognition and ensures timely and accurate invoicing as well as strictly monitors receivables for project.

About the Role
