Job summary

PMQS Construction Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery from bidding to turnover.

Based at our Nasugbu site in Batangas, the role emphasizes land development expertise and coordination with designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time, within-budget results. You will lead scheduling, risk assessment, procurement, and quality controls while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and delivering comprehensive O&M manuals

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Professional License/Board Pass is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or a similar role in a third-party consultancy or owner-side representation; With experience in Land Development projects.
• Proficient in project management and scheduling tools.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and industry regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Amenable to work in Nasugbu, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Overall Contract Execution: Oversee and manage the complete execution of the contract between the customer and contractors/suppliers.
• Project Scheduling & Planning: Prepare, evaluate, and maintain preliminary and master project schedules (PERT/CPM/bar charts), including procurement timing for long-lead items and recovery plans for deviations.
• Bidding & Procurement Support: Lead pre-bid conferences, assist with pre-qualifying contractors, evaluate technical bids, support negotiations, and conduct pre-mobilization meetings.
• Stakeholder Representation & Communication: Represent the organization in project meetings, set up communication structures and reporting tools, record meeting minutes, and handle RFIs between designers and contractors.
• Progress & Quality Monitoring: Conduct site and factory inspections, track contractor progress off and on-site, and manage value engineering and environmental permit acquisition.
• Financial & Administrative Controls: Review monthly progress billings, evaluate change orders alongside the Quantity Surveyor/Construction Manager, and ensure submission of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
• Defect Resolution & Project Closure: Oversee defect rectification plans, prepare the final project report for the customer, and complete additional tasks requested by management.

About the role
