Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Project Management Senior Specialist to coordinate end-to-end delivery across digital platforms and APIs. The role requires coordinating multiple teams, applying Agile practices, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Hybrid work is expected with 2–3 days onsite in Taguig, Philippines. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in project management or related fields, a solid understanding of SDLC, and experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams, including developers, business

In This Job You Will

• Oversee and coordinate end-to-end project delivery across digital and data platforms, APIs (application programming interfaces), and integrations.
• Support multiple teams, facilitating collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Apply Agile (iterative) practices to promote adaptability, transparency, and team empowerment.
• Utilize the team’s estimated velocity in conjunction with the initial backlog to forecast project duration and identify potential release milestones. Regularly re-plan as actual velocity is determined and backlog is re-prioritized to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Schedule and facilitate iteration planning, review, and retrospective events to ensure effective Agile project management.
• Communicate progress clearly to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
• Lead risk management, dependencies, and change control processes to ensure project success.
• Use tools such as Power BI for analytics and performance reporting.
• Coordinate planning, review, and retrospective sessions that promote team learning.
• Assist in preparing work orders, scope documentation, and maintaining organized project records.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to align expectations and outcomes.
• Balance multiple priorities while supporting quality, progress, and innovation.

About The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
• Prior experience (at least 4 years) in any of the following: Project Management, Agile/Scrum Practice, Business/System Analysis, Software Quality Assurance, Software Development or other similar roles.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, with experience applying both Agile and traditional project management approaches.
• Experience overseeing multi-function projects with at least 5 team members including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Engineers.
• Sufficient level of technical background to effectively collaborate with development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.o Proven ability to manage software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, assess risks, and facilitate decisions.
• Willingness to use and learn AI-based tools to enhance productivity and workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for business and customer engagement.
• Enjoy collaborating with customers and colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment (2–3 days onsite in Taguig).
• Some flexibility may be required for global collaboration across time zones.
