Job summary

RELX is seeking a Project Lead to support the Finance Transformation Office with project coordination, documentation, reporting, and basic analysis for transformation initiatives across RELX One Finance.

You will contribute to stronger governance, smoother execution of finance projects, and support change management activities. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with basic MS Office skills and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related business or project management discipline.
• Fundamental project management concepts like timelines, deliverables, risks.
• Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools to support workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering project requirements from stakeholders and SMEs.
• Support the preparation of project deliverables including project plans, status updates, and RAID logs.
• Help track milestones, timelines, and progress using standard FTO tools.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items.
• Support process mapping and document As-Is and To-Be workflows.
• Perform simple data analysis and assist in generating dashboards or reports.
• Contribute to change management tasks such as drafting communications and coordinating training.
• Provide administrative support for project files and documentation repository management.
• Perform other transformation-related tasks as assigned by Project Managers or Transformation Leads.

The role contributes to improving processes, strengthening project governance, and enabling smoother execution of finance‑related projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in gathering project requirements from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Support the preparation of project deliverables, including project plans, status updates, documentation, and RAID logs.
• Help track project milestones, timelines, and progress using standard FTO project management tools.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes, track action items, and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Support process mapping sessions and help document "As‑Is" and "To‑Be" workflows.
• Perform simple data analysis and assist in generating project dashboards or reports.
• Contribute to change management tasks such as drafting communications, coordinating training sessions, and preparing materials.
• Provide administrative support for project files, documentation organization, and project repository management.
• Perform other transformation‑related tasks as assigned by Project Managers or Transformation Leads.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Accountancy, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or any related business or project management discipline.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Basic understanding of project management concepts (e.g., timelines, deliverables, risks).
• Familiarity with MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Ability to create organized documentation and track information accurately.
• Basic analytical skills and ability to interpret simple datasets.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
