Job summary

RELX is seeking a Project Lead to support the Finance Transformation Office with project coordination, documentation, reporting, and basic analysis for transformation initiatives across RELX One Finance.

You will contribute to stronger governance, smoother execution of finance projects, and support change management activities. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with basic MS Office skills and strong communication abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related business or project management discipline.
Fundamental project management concepts like timelines, deliverables, risks.
Proficient in MS Office and collaboration tools.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools to support workflows.

Responsibilities

Assist in gathering project requirements from stakeholders and SMEs.
Support the preparation of project deliverables including project plans, status updates, and RAID logs.
Help track milestones, timelines, and progress using standard FTO tools.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes, and track action items.
Support process mapping and document As-Is and To-Be workflows.
Perform simple data analysis and assist in generating dashboards or reports.
Contribute to change management tasks such as drafting communications and coordinating training.
Provide administrative support for project files and documentation repository management.
Perform other transformation-related tasks as assigned by Project Managers or Transformation Leads.
