Job summary

A project management firm in Lapu-Lapu is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to serve as Project-in-Charge for EPC projects. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in mechanical design and installation, along with skills in project management and documentation. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be willing to relocate. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a negotiable salary.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in mechanical design review and installations.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC, VRF installation, QA/QC, and BOQ presentation.
• Ability to manage construction projects.
• Experience in project management.
• Competent in documentation and preparation of reports (including progress billing reports).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Can start ASAP.
• Willing to relocate.
• Project area: Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Attend on-site at assigned EPC project/s.
• Ensure implementation of safety protocols.
• Monitor daily construction activities.
• Attend construction meetings with clients and contractors/sub-contractors.
• Evaluate billing of contractors/sub-contractors.
• Reconcile billing with the project owner’s representative.
• Submit Individual Performance Work Reports (PWR).
• Submit contractor/sub-contractor monthly evaluations.
• Serve as PIC reliever (if the PIC is on leave or unable to report) to report onsite.
