Job summary

GMD in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Project Manager to oversee projects from pre- to post-construction, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, and client satisfaction. You will manage procurement, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, and lead punch listing activities with clients and owners.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or Business Management and at least 1 year of relevant experience; strong knowledge of risk management, cost estimation, and project planning is preferred

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering or Business Management.
• At least 1 year of experience in the same field is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Risk Management, Cost Estimation, Project Planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the whole project from pre- to post-construction.
• Handles client management by conducting face-to-face or online meetings and providing weekly updates to clients and company owners.
• Manages the purchasing of materials/equipment and ensuring that all are safely kept.
• Coordinates with suppliers and subcontractors for up-to-date alignment.
• Facilitates punch listing with client and company owners.
