Job Description

• Conducts regular site visits and site supervision to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and engineering standards;
• Addresses and resolves issues relating to structural and/or civil engineering concerns for the Employer’s projects;
• Coordinates with contractors, consultants, and management regarding technical and engineering matters arising during construction;
• Assists in the processing of permits, clearances, and approvals with government agencies when required, including submission of technical documents and coordination with concerned offices;
• Prepares, reviews, and submits engineering reports, site inspection reports, and other technical documentation as may be required by Management;
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, building codes, safety standards, and engineering practices; and
• Performs such other duties as may be reasonably assigned by Management from time to time, provided such duties are related to the Employee’s position and the business operations of the Employer.
