Job summary

Monolith Construction and Development Corporation is seeking an entry-level Civil Engineer to support site inspection, plan review, and daily QA/QC activities in Manila. The role requires a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (board passer preferred) with at least 1 year of related experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will assist in procurement, documentation, and reporting as part of the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (board passer preferred)
• At least 1 year work experience related to the area of application

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular site inspection for areas conformity with construction plans and quality standards
• Study and review plans for implementation
• Inspect and monitor workmanship
• Monitor day-to-day site activities and accomplishments
• Helps in gathering data and information and consolidates for reporting
• In charge of paperwork and documentation related to work area
• Prepare the procurement of necessary materials on designated area
• Estimates material quantity requirement for different scope of works
• May be assigned directly or under the ff: area ; Line and Grade, Concreting, Rebar, Formworks, Finishing, Precast and QA/QC.
• Other tasks may be assigned from time to time.
