Qualifications

About the role

As an Engineering Manager - MEPFS Designer (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Fire ProtectionDesigner) at Abenson Ventures, Inc.', is a full-time role is a strategic position that will have a significant impact on the organization's efficiency and growth.

What you'll be doing

• The role will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for HVAC, electrical, plumbing fire protection, and sanitary works. This includes the preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ) and in-house cost estimates for MEPFS works as well as the evaluation of MEPFS cost proposals and contractor's/vendor's billings.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• With experience in engineering management, preferably in the building/facilities management industry
