Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Project Engineer / Safety Officer in the Philippines. The role focuses on reading CAD drawings, piping layouts, and isometrics, with knowledge of LPG systems and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Licensed engineer preferred.
• SO2/SO3 certification is an advantage.
• 2–3 years in construction/industrial/mechanical projects.
• Background in project engineering or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret CAD drawings, especially piping layouts and isometrics.
• Knowledge of LPG systems and related safety requirements is an advantage.
• Perform site measurements and verify actual site conditions.
• Maintain organized documentation and filing systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and company personnel.
• Demonstrate honesty, integrity and accountability.
• Must be able to drive motorcycle and four-wheel vehicles with a valid license.
• Willing to be assigned to various project sites.

• Able to read and interpret CAD drawings, especially piping layouts and isometric drawings.
• Knowledge of LPG systems, LPG installations, piping works, gas leak detection systems and related safety requirements is an advantage.
• Able to perform accurate site measurements and field verification of actual site conditions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in documentation and filing systems.
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with clients, contractors, suppliers, company sales personnel, and other stakeholders.
• Honest, trustworthy, reliable, and demonstrates high integrity and accountability.
• Must be able to drive motorcycle and four-wheel vehicles with a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to be assigned to various project sites depending on project deployment.
