Job Description
On-site - Cavite, 1-3 years experience, Bachelor’s degree, Full-time.
The Branch Engineer is responsible for monitoring day-to-day plant operation which includes safety, production and equipment. This position ensures compliance required from DOE (Department Of Energy) and DENR. Also, this position requires knowledge in LPG pipeline installation.

Scope & Responsibilities
- Preparing production reports to be submitted to the Branch Manager
- Monitoring of clients/customers’ LPG usage
- Releasing LPG for delivery
- Coordinating and ensuring compliance on pressure vessel permits to operate from the Department of Labor and Employment
- Preparation of DENR Self Monitoring Report (quarterly) and Compliance Monitoring Report (semi‑annual) on Hazardous Materials and Air Pollution monitoring
- Monitoring plant vehicle status and ensuring Bureau of Fire Protection truck conveyance permit
- HR duties: ensuring the company policies are implemented
- Attending vehicle road emergencies with mechanic
- Monitoring perimeter security of the facility
- Installation and troubleshooting of customers’ LPG pipelines
- Monitoring diesel usage and consumption of Branch and Sale Centers
- Monitoring and ensuring plant and Sale Center safety
- Ensuring cleanliness of plant and good housekeeping
- Conducting LPG product knowledge and safety seminars to clients
- Monitoring and maintenance of plant facilities such as LPG Pump, LPG Compressor, Fire Fighting Engine, Generator, Filling Scales, Air Compressor and others
- Monitoring the quality and quantity of Air Products (Oxygen, Acetylene, Argon, CO₂, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, and Hydrogen Gas) being handled in the plant
- Managing and monitoring all LPG surveys and installation projects
