Architecks Metal Systems, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Project Engineer to lead field measurements, supervise scaffoldings, and monitor project progress across ACP, DNSD, and AISSI. The role involves coordinating with clients and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project details.

The candidate must hold a BS Civil Engineering and have AutoCAD knowledge; willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga, with on-site project duties and site coordination responsibilities.

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering.
• With knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga.

Responsabilités

• Conduct actual measurement for ACP, DNSD, AISSI.
• Inspect jobsite prior to mobilization and conduct analysis for system of scaffoldings to be use.
• Monitors and supervises assigned projects for ACP, DNSD, AISSI.
• Prepares and request materials for the on-going projects.
• Provide Project monitoring reports.
• Handles preparation of files for the newly closed contracts.
• Attends jobsite coordination meetings.
• Monitors that the subcon or in-house installers assigned to the project are performing well in accordance with the clients approved details and requirements.
• Ensures that all materials or labor needed at the jobsite especially cash advances for project expenses are properly requested on time.
• Ensures that all cash advances for projects are properly liquidated on time.
• Submit reports written or verbal pertaining to the progress of all assigned projects.
• Must make sure that all projects concerns were diligently addressed.
• Monitors and evaluate project accomplishment report to be signed by client weekly, both for subcon follows all company policies and instructions.
• Strictly monitors and report subcon both positive and negative. Must make sure that subcon follows
