Job summary

Thermovar Pipes Sales and Services is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Metro Manila to drive project success from kickoff to delivery. You will define objectives, develop plans, and ensure deliverables meet time, budget, and quality expectations.

The role requires reading construction drawings, coordinating multiple disciplines, and maintaining project documentation and risks. Strong communication and reliability are essential for stakeholder updates and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Sanitary/Mechanical/Industrial) required.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in construction project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in standard desktop or web applications.
• Conscientious about commitments and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Determines project objectives and specifications that will satisfy customer requirements.
• Develops project plans and schedules.
• Ensures project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality desired by the customer.
• Responsible for inter-discipline coordination and resolving problems.
• Maintains situational awareness among stakeholders, particularly in budget and resource allocation, procurement schedules, conflicts, risks and mitigation plans, and project progress and delivery.
• Responsible for bill of materials creation and maintenance.
• Responsible for preparation and review of engineering deliverables such as method statements, materials submittals, drawing submittals, quality and safety checks.
• Perform overall quality control of work.
• Maintains project data base containing plans and schedules, budget and resource allocation, communications, identified risks and mitigation plans, to ensure accountability, reviewability, and in aid of learning.
